Federal Support Helps Build Autumn Ridge

Representatives from the USDA Rural Development participated in the ribbon cutting for Autumn Ridge, the $6.4 million supportive living facility in Vienna. The federal agency provided $6.25 million in financing for the project, of which $5.125 million was a guarantee for a loan from Peoples National Bank. Illinois Rural Development Housing Program Director Barry Ramsey, Area Director Rusty Wanstreet and Area Specialist Cathy Abell represented the agency at the event.

June 20th marked the open house for Autumn Ridge supportive living facility located in Vienna Illinois. The facility features 39 one-bedroom units and 7 two-bedroom units. Information on applications is available from Family Counseling Center at 618-658-2775.
