Gettin’ Fit

fitLooking for a great way to socialize? Can’t stand for long periods of time but want to exercise? If so plan to attend the new exercise class at 9:00 am, Monday thru Friday, in the Dining Room. Currently the class is focusing on range of motion exercises using paper plates and weights as props, while sitting in comfortable dining room chairs. Lorene Lingle commented about the class, “I really enjoy it! I need the exercise and it is a great thing to have here.”
