At Autumn Ridge, we provide a number of services to our guests. All are a part of the effort to live up to our promise to provide “comfort, safety, and peace of mind.”

24-hour Security

Residents of Autumn Ridge can feel protected knowing that external entrances are monitored by surveillance cameras. Additionally, members of our security and response team are available on-site day and night. Thanks to our emergency call system with connections to every apartment, help is only moments away. You and your loved ones can feel safe and secure twenty-four hours a day at Autumn Ridge!

Exercise Programs

Staying healthy isn’t just about seeing the doctor when you feel bad; it’s about staying active and keeping that body strong! At Autumn Ridge, there are plenty of opportunities to keep fit. Three times a week, we offer exercise and fitness programs in addition to other activities. We are also just a short walk away from a first-rate fitness facility with multiple gyms that provides everything from resistance training to low-impact water-based aerobics.

Food and Dining

At Autumn Ridge, you’ll find a healthy–and delicious–variety of dining opportunities. Feel like eating with friends and neighbors? Autumn Ridge offers three daily restaurant-style meals in our dining hall.

Feel like staying in and cooking for yourself? Our apartments include kitchenettes where you can prepare that special dish that you can’t find anywhere else.

Still hungry? We also provide plenty of beverages and snacks for those between-meal cravings at our all day snack bar.

Housekeeping

Regular housekeeping services are available for all apartments on at least a weekly basis. These services include:

• General house cleaning
• Bed making
• Changing of linens
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Daily trash removal

Laundry

Whether you are the do-it-yourself type with laundry or would rather we handled it for you, the staff of Autumn Ridge is happy to accommodate!

Residents have access to a laundry room set up for hand-washing, machine-washing, and machine-drying. This includes, at no cost, laundry detergent and fabric softener.

If you’d prefer to utilize our laundry services, we can do that to. Just gather up your laundry and give us a call; we’ll pick it up and have it cleaned and returned promptly.

Maintenance

Our maintenance staff works hard to keep both your apartment and the rest of our facilities and grounds in good working order. Autumn Ridge is dedicated to keeping our apartments and facilities both clean and hazard-free.

Medication Oversight

We know you won’t need us to handle your medication schedule, but we’d be glad to help you stay on top of it if that’s what you need. Our medication oversight services include reminder calls, organizing a weekly pill caddy to help you track your own medicine, and follow-up. We also have a licensed nurse available to administer medication if needed.

Personal Care

If you need a little assistance with personal care and issues, then our staff can provide just what you need. Our personal care services include:

• bathing and toileting assistance
• teaching self-care and helping develop routines
• grooming and personal hygiene assistance
